Women and Child empowerment
As we know the highest aspect of women lies in her motherhood. The term women and child empowerment can't be separated. Once we empower a mother we are creating opportunities for her children to grow through a healthy environment, again, if we are empowering a child with it's basic rights and opportunities, then, actually we are strenging the women by offering grace and respect to her motherhood. At individual level we empower women by involving them in decision making about healthcare, sanitization, education, skill development, earning and purchase. we also empower them for making choices about mobility outside the domestic affair, example, marketplace, visit to friends and relatives etc. Our team works on creating a sense of acceptance and feeling of well being among themselves by observing and ensuring their satisfied performance in the surrounding as an individual. We also ensure their eternal performance as mother and work towards grooming their lifestyle, how they should dress, manner and behave etc. At family , community and society level we ensure there involvement in decision related to their career, education, children, marriage and share in parental and ancestral property through various discussion, engagements and activities. We empower them for having their decision about family planning and management of expenses within the family. At the Judiciary and political level our expert members educate them about the implementation of laws, for their safety as an individual in the family, and as a responsible citizen in the society. Also we assure access to resources and opportunities provided by government and other organisations. To provide proper knowledge of law and order for women and child right, and protection, we organise special sessions. We assure that they have their own voice for self protection and individual development. Our team works for development of their personality towards a healthy citizen.
Education For All
Education for all is a global movement and its goal is to provide equitable and quality education to all children, youth and adult. We know that it is the fundamental human right recognised in international declaration ,which is made to empower individuals and building driving communities . The Education for all movement is a global commitment to provide quality based basic education for all. Unfortunately still we observe unequal educational opportunities and resource distributions among various groups an community within the society. We also need to significantly expand adult educational opportunities within a life long learning approach specially among those who have been denied access to education in their past . We promote life long learning opportunities for the deprived class of people. We focus on providing free and compulsory primary education to all. we also work for distribution of quality learning materials including text books notebooks and various educational supplementry materials. Our team reaches to the adults and childrens of rural and remote areas for educating people and distribution of educational materials. Our team also provides free tutorial classes for the under privileged children. We heve a set up of mobile library for distribution of books and various reading materials for the children's and adult of rural and remote areas, who doesn't have any access to formal library.
Nutrition and Healthcare
It is well said that health is precious than money and as we know wellness of a person becomes complete when there is integration of body, mind and spirit. A mother must be competent enough to take care of her health and proper care of her family. Hence we organise various capacity building programs, healthcare sessions and medical camp to enforce the wellness of body and mind for the under privileged community and society. A healthy mind always resides in a healthy body, and a healthy body can only help us in making good decision and handle life's challenges. Also a healthy lifestyle can help us try to move through our life's successful journey.
Capacity Building and Skill Development Programs
Our capacity building program is structured to empower each and every individual of the community to take charge of their own development towards sustainable achievements. We create a learning environment that are inclusive and cater various needs of adults and children.The organised program also focuses on developing hard skill and soft skill at individual and the community level. During our workshop we work on Knowledge enhancement which intern increases the understanding of relevant topic and existing issues. Our such programs focuses on issues for strenging the availability of resources as well. Our team also work on community engagement by organising events and activities to create a participation of each and every individual of community to ensure a collaborative structure so that the need of the community are addressed well. Our aim of capacity building program is to create a change which is long lasting and necessary for ongoing success and such programs are our tools to bring impact on individual level community level as well as organisational level.
Environmental Awareness and Protection
When we talk about environment we are concerned about the wellness of Mother Earth. If we respect Mother Earth somewhere we are respecting the feminism of this universe.The first step towards empowering feminism is by protecting and respecting mother earth and taking care of its environment. Finally this journey of environmental awareness will take us to women empowerment as the ongoing process will teach us how to respect female aspect of our nature and creation. It is well said that the devaluation of earth and the women goes hand in hand. The effect of climate change is often carried more by people who are in vulnerable situations. So the women and girls becomes the first pray of climate change. They bear the shocks of climate change by often carrying the burden of collection of water, fuel, food etc. by giving up their personal growth , development and education. It is high time when women of each and every community must be aware of environment and its protection. This will lead them towards protection of their own right and the right of the entire community. We provide various awareness programs and activities for protecting the environment. We focus on greening education leading to the transformation of learning to address the climate crisis for sustainable development.
